"The heavens are telling of the glory of God; and their expanse is declaring the work of His hands." (Psalm 19:1, NASB)

I know for some I send just too much, but content such as I sent yesterday (site below) reveals just how much neither you nor I can believe in God on our own. Matter-of-fact expressions of faith in God reveal just how "small" the Living Triune God is to so many, but, of course, He would have to be "small" for us to be able to "believe" (in the sense which far too many "believe") in Him, because "small" is really all such "belief" can accomplish. Now I know there are those great "faith" people who can believe anything and for anything, but, really, when was the last time you saw a mountain cast into the sea? If faith were a mental exercise for one moment, I could not "believe in God." My mind is incapable to believe in One Who can rule a universe which reaches billions and billions of light years with countless galaxies rushing away from each other at incomprehensible speed.
I come back to an oft quoted text, 1 Peter 1:21, that it is only, "by Him," Jesus Christ, that we can, "believe in God," the One as stated in the Creed, "Who for us men and our salvation came down." Now "down" from where or what is also incomprehensible, but I thank Father that Jesus did indeed "come down." Jesus "came" from the dimension of Eternity as the Revelation of the One Whom the Jews refer to as "The Eternal One." Jesus "came from" the same, "heavens [which] declare the glory of God," about which our text speaks. I cannot comprehend such, "heavens," such a universe referred to in the video. But I can at least embrace Jesus Christ, "Who for us men and our salvation came"----------- to us from it all.
Father, in Jesus' Name, since, "the heavens declare [Your] glory," Oh, may I. Amen.
