"I Will Wait For You"

"I will wait for You, O You my Strength; for God is my Defense." (Psalm 59:9)

Well, here we are again.  If you ever don't know how to pray or, "declare," I give you, "the Words of God."  Confess our text, "I will wait for You, O You my Strength; for [You are] my Defense."  Then, have a great day in Jesus Christ.

Father, in Jesus' Name, "I stand amazed in the Presence of Jesus the Nazarene, and wonder how He could love me, a sinner, condemned, unclean.  How marvelous!  How wonderful! and my song share ever be; How marvelous!  How wonderful! is my Savior's love for me."  Amen.

When Peter, an 18 year old Norwegian, "heard the call to evangelize China, on that day he not only emptied his wallet into the collection plate, but included a small note with the words, 'and my life.'"

Boasting

"In God we boast all day long, and praise Your Name forever."  (Psalm 44:8)

I am often intrigued with how some Scriptures just speak to you on a certain day, Scriptures which you have been reading over and over for years.  Our text is such.

I want to make a "covenant" that I never boast about anything, only boast in our Lord Jesus Christ, "....all day long, and praise Your Name forever", the Name of Jesus.

Father, in Jesus' Name, forgive me for any boasting that is not, "In [You]...all day long...."  Amen.
